Article 57
Petitions on administrative matters
(1) A petition may request that matters relating to the State administration are to be dealt with in a particular way.
(2) Acts of the administration which concern specific individuals cannot be the subject of a petition.
(3) Petitions on administrative matters must be dealt with by the State Government if they have been signed by at least 5000 eligible voters or are put forward by at least 10 municipalities on the basis of municipal council decisions.
(4) The procedure will be further detailed by law.
