Article 36

Authentication, counter-signature and publication

   (1) The enactment of a law shall be authenticated by the State Parliament president and shall be counter-signed by the State Governor. The State Governor shall publish the act in the State Law Gazette and shall announce its publication in those daily newspapers whose place of publication is in Vorarlberg.
   (2) If it proves necessary, the Government may make minor textual amendments to laws before their publication.
