Article 22

Agenda

   Except as otherwise provided for by law or in the standing orders of the State Parliament, matters sub mitted to the State Parliament may only include 
a) petitions
b) legislative proposals tabled by at least two of its members
c) legislative proposals tabled by its committees
d) legislative proposals tabled by the State Government
e) reports and statements of the State Government or of its members
f) parliamentary questions.
