Article 8
Marriage and the Family, Rights and Duties of Parents, Wellbeing of Children
(1) The State protects and supports marriage and the family as the natural basis of human society.
(2) The State supports parents in their obligation to care for and bring up their children, and respects their pre-eminent natural right to bring up their children.
(3) The State recognizes the objectives of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. The State supports a child-loving society. The State gives priority to the wellbeing of children in all measures concerning them.
