Protection of property
(1) The private and social functions of property are recognised. Intrusions into property are only permitted to the extent that they are necessary in the greater public interest and provided for in law.
(2) Anyone who is expropriated in consequence of the adoption of State laws has the right to appropriate compensation.
(3) Such expropriations are to be rescinded, with the consent of the expropriated person, subject to the repayment of compensation received, if the reason for the expropriation has ceased to exist or did not occur.
